Acronis Inc. will provide technical support for Acronis Backup & Recovery in VMware virtual environments in an identical manner as with Acronis Backup & Recovery on other supported x86-based systems without requiring reproduction of issues on native hardware.

Should Acronis Inc. have reason to identify the virtualization layer as the root cause of an incident, the customer will be required to contact the appropriate VMware support provider to resolve the virtualization layer issue.

As the member of the Technical Support Alliance Network, Acronis Inc. will work with VMware as needed to resolve joint issues.
