Requirements:
* Advanced level of English skills (both oral and written skills close to native speaker);
* High technical competency in computers (hardware, software, network);
* Understanding of advanced customer service work peculiarities and procedures;
* High level of responsibility and dedication;
* Ability to maintain concentration and focus under pressure;
* Ability to dynamically adjust priorities, schedule etc to match customer demand in specific situations;
* Experience in working in customer service, sales or other customer-focused businesses.
* Nice to have:
o Other European languages (French, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, Chinese, Korean, Polish);
o Advanced knowledge in *nix based systems;
o IT certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, etc.).
Responsibilities:
* Communication with Acronis customers over e-mail and phone -within service level agreements;
* Resolve customer, partner, and reseller issues with Acronis products;
* Provide remote assistance to customers using Remote Desktop, WebEx or alike;
* Work according to the department’s staffing requirements based on volume forecasts, including non-business hours and night shifts.
